Does your agent software log what it’s doing?
Yes, it does. Logs are created per-day, and old logs are automatically purged. You may open the log files in any text viewer or editor. Log files contain farm connectivity information, data transfer confirmations, full output file extraction logging, among other things.
On Windows, log files are located in the “logs” subfolder of the agent install directory. The agent install directory is “c:\pixelplow” by default.
On a Mac, the log files are in the “logs” subfolder of the agent preferences directory. This directory is found in your user’s Library folder, so an example of the full path to the logs directory would be “/users/johndoe/Library/PixelPlowAgent/logs”.
